little time."

COBC is the best thing that you can ever do. It sets you up

I think that I made the best decision of my life to come here"
- C/2Lt Patrick Mayo, Las Vegas NV
"COBC taught me that true fortune is not money or fame; rather it
is the opportunity to challenge your demons, face prejudices and
build your character, in midst of your fellow officers"
- C/Capt David Mendes, Santa Maria |
"It is not weather you win or lose, but what you learned for the
next time"
- C/2Lt William Lee, Mountlake Terrace, WA

objective is to accomplish something mental"
