California Wing Cadet Advisory Council

The California Wing Cadet Advisory Council serves as the democratic voice of all cadets in the California Wing. The Council is composed of the Represenatives of the Seven Group Councils plus the Recorder, Vice-Chair, and Chair. The council is supervised by a senior member designated as the Senior Advisor. The Coucil is designed to promote the free exchange of ideas on the program all the way from the newest Basic Cadet to the highest ranking members in the Civil Air Patrol organization. Council meeting are run according to Robert's Rules of Order and follow a pre-written agenda. Cadets often debate about issues such as regulations, uniforms, and activities. Cadets can also make formal proposals, which if successful can eventually be instituted into Civil Air Patrol Official Policy.Cadets interested in the Cadet Advisory Council should contact their local Squadron Representative for details.
