Description:
In order for a cadet to effectively prepare himself or herself to be a leader, they must first ensure they have
strong followership skills. Airman Training School gives cadets the tools and practice necessary to develop effective
followership skills. These skills are taught using classroom instruction, and practical application. Graduates of ATS are
given the tools necessary to take their training to the next level and embark into the study of leadership.
ATS is typically held at the Group or Squadron level.
