The Lt Col Antony (Tony) Upton Memorial Encampment Scholarship Fund

The Cadet Programs Directorate of California Wing has created a memorial scholarship fund in the name of Lt Col Tony Upton, Spaatz Award recipient #99, Encampment Commander, California Wing Director of Cadet Programs, and true friend.

Depending upon the donations received, one or more cadets will receive scholarships for encampment attendance.

Squadron Commanders should submit the name of a cadet or cadets that have gone through or are going through some kind of hardship where the donation of one person can make the difference of whether that cadet will go to encampment or not. The cadet(s) being submitted must qualify for encampment in order to receive the scholarship. Submit to ctg@cawgcadets.org

Please include the cadet names, CAPIDs and a paragraph or so on why you think each cadet deserves the Lt Col Antony (Tony) Upton Memorial Encampment Scholarship. 2012 submission deadlines TBA..

Please donate to the scholarship fund. Donations may be made by checks payable to California Wing CAP and mailed to:
