CWCAC Photo Album	*California Wing Cadet Advisory Council* Stimulating The CWCAC provides cadets in California Wing with a problem-solving forum where a free exchange of ideas and information. It is geared toward strengthening the cadet programs of the wing as well as individual groups and cadet and composite squadrons. The Council serves as a communication tool for the cadets of California Wing. It advises and informs the Director of Cadet Programs and the Wing Commander of cadet concerns and issues. It makes recommendations for changes in the Civil Air Patrol and specifically the cadet program.
